I grow increasingly broke by the day due to my other hobbies, which is why we don't have a server again so far. And people tend to deviate from clans with no property.

well Ive been playing the shit out of this game but what Im doing is I have cleared all the pre-made families out of riverview and started from scratch making all the most over the top stereotypical characters I can... from crazies to normal people to a buff fit couple with a fat couch patato lazy as fuck kid to even the most evil insane bad man possible, still creating families but hopefully when I am done I will see some interesting interactions, coupling and so forth

As many of you already know, my new years resolution is quite odd. It is day 3, and I am hanging in there, but my brain is beginning to swell and I am going through severe withdrawal.
As for the server, a little bit of delay. However the time window I anticipate is between 15 to 25 of Jan. Some things to take care of before start shatting money.

If you were to play CS for as long as I played, you would get BORED of de_ and cs_
I don't play surf as much anymore due to it requiring a whole new config file (specifically for bunny hopping)
